FOLX Website and 2022 HRT CARE FUND

We’ve partnered with the Black Trans Advocacy Coalition to provide 12 months of free gender-affirming hormone therapy for our community. 80% of grants will be reserved for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color).

The grants cover 12 months of HRT, including prescription medication, unlimited clinical visits and messaging, and labs. Eligibility is limited to people 18+ who live in states where FOLX is currently available. Check the FOLX homepage to see if we are available in your state.

Applications open on Weds 6/22 at 10am PT / 1pm EST and close on Thurs 6/23 at 10am PT / 1pm ET.
