Description

A non-partisan, not-for-profit, membership organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of civil liberties in eastern Missouri. The ACLU - Eastern Missouri branch defends civil liberties and the principles of equality and justice in Missouri through litigation, legislation programs and public education.

If you believe your civil rights have been violated, call, mail, or submit a complaint online. The ACLU processes claims over a few weeks, and takes cases they believe will impact litigation (creating precedent to expand civil liberties for others).

Note: If filing a complaint on behalf of a person who is incarcerated, please include their Inmate DOC Number
